How to Create a Custom Signature on Wikia

Custom Signatures are one of the most sought after codes on Wikia. This article will teach you how to construct your own.

Steps

1. Go to Preferences.
2. Scroll down until you hit -Signature-. It is in between -Internationalism- and -Site Layouts-.
3. Press/check "Custom Signature". This is important.
4. Copy this code in: [[User:YOURNAME|<span style="Color:COLOR1"><BIG>'''YOUR TEXT'''</BIG></span>]][[User talk:YOURNAME|<BIG><font color="COLOR2">''' YOUR TEXT'''</font></BIG>]]
5. Substitute COLOR's, YOURNAME's, and YOUR TEXT's with those information.
6. You can also add contributions by typing [[Special:Contributions/YOURNAME|<BIG><font color="COLOR2">''' YOUR TEXT'''</font></BIG>]] and add your Blog by replacing [[Special:Contributions/YOURNAME with [[User Blog:YOURNAME and so on with other pages you'd lie to show.

Pictures and outside links

1. After Talk Page/Contributions/Blog, add: [[File:YOURFILE.jpg/PNG/GIF/Other file name|61px|link=CHOOSE PAGE TO LINK IT TO|YOUR TEXT]]. You can add up to two, any more and it won't look right anymore and may mess up a talk page.
2. After any of the older links, put [[WEBSITE|YOUR TEXT]].

Box, upper text, and normal text

1. If you want a box around your signature, paste this into the box: [[User:YOUR NAME|<span style="color:COLOR1;background:COLOR2"><big>'''YOUR TEXT'''</big></span>]][[User talk:YOUR NAME|<small><font color="COLOR3">'''YOUR TEXT'''</font></small>]]
2. If you want upper text, type this in: [[User Talk:YOUR NAME|<span style="color:COLOR1 ">^{YOUR TEXT}</span>]]. Note:This was for User Talk. Erase "Talk" for first part of text.
3. For normal text, just type whatever in OUTSIDE of the ]][[ lines.
